The Mermaid Of 192

Another stunning gift shop on Highway 192 in Kissimmee. She's pretty close to O Wise One Two and Giraffie, TwoCan and the Gator.

Mermaid jokes----The best. Hahahaha
I just have to say I have never seen buildings like you have there. And people actually go inside and don't find it weird. If GT says it is so--then by golly it is. MB

It is hard to believe the type of shops you have there!! Every time you show a new one I feel surprised. I could never imagine them!

I would choose "Song to a Siren" by Roxy Music to put with these photos.

Janice: Thank you so much, you are always so nice to me!

MB: I guess it's because this is Disney country ... so when the tourists go back to their hotels after a day in the park, these buildings aren't really all that big a deal, lol.

Julie: I was so happy with the results, you know, because I never know what I have till I get in and check how they develop! Thank you!

Uma Por Dia: LOL ... they are unique!

Quintarantino: Great choice!!

I hate it when real life gets in the way of Blogging ... but, I'll have to catch up with everyone later. Thank you all!!

George,
I'm so glad to see your comment about life getting in the way, I've missed "timely" being here!
I catch you at midnight or so and then miss not coming around during the day - things do get in the way.
If you see me here twice - just ignore me the second time! LOL!!!

The city of Norfolk, Virginia has mermaid statues like this scattered throughout the city. It's pretty cool.

One more thing - in my second life I wanna be a mermaid - weird I know, but so romantic! The worst part - I can't swim.
This is a short story now, I'm going.....

Such a fun joke from the mermaid, George. And I'm not kidding, I can't get over these giant shop decorations. Are the made out of molded fiberglass?

Carletta: I could never ignore you ... show up three or four times a day, it's okay!

That's so cool about Norfolk, I didn't know that ... and it is awesome that you want to be a mermaid!! Don't worry about not knowing how to swim, I've never heard of a mermaid drowning!! LOL

Lynette: Thanks, that joke cracked me up!

I'm not sure what the material is ... but I thought it was decorative foam, which is used on quite a few buildings in the area.
