Kissimmee Breakwater

1) The Kissimmee Breakwater is the Public Boat Ramp where most boats are put into Lake Toho.
2) The Breakwater consists of two "L" shaped, overlapping docks, that are designed to conserve the shoreline.
3) View of the shore from the inner dock.
4) The boat was docked when I first saw them, but the officer pulled in next to them and requested documentation and a peek under the seats of the boat.
5) This lady was so relaxed while she was fishing. I mentioned that I saw a man at one of the other piers that caught a five pounder, so she told me the story about the ten pounder she caught. She was very sweet!
6) Birds scavenging for bread scraps at the Kissimmee Lakefront.

I bet the lady was very interesting! My father used to fish. . .not my cup of tea, but he loved it.

Chris: She was, for sure. Fishing isn't my cup of tea either, but I've found that I enjoy photographing people fishing!

Nice pics. I like the 2nd and 3rd perspective shots. I'm not much for fishing either, but I can see the appeal of it.

I love how the docks turned out - these are great photos George. What kind of birds are the white ones?

What can I say that I haven't said before? They are all just awesome; but I love the docks. The posts, their little caps and the shadows - very nice. I love the composition in the last photo. My eye is draw from the birds, down the curve of the walkway all the way to the back.
Enough, ok, I'm going ;)

Clueless: Thank you. The one fish I caught when I was a kid got away! I never went back, lol. Charles River.

Southern Heart: So nice to see you back! I'm starting to like it here, lol, now that I've been here 13 years! Thanks for letting our little secret out of the bag! LOL

Janice: Thank you so much! You stumped me with the bird question ... I'm either going to have to defer to OldManLincoln, or do some research. Get back to you later on that! LOL

Carletta: Thank you ... I love laughing early in the morning!

Small City Scenes: Thank you. I'm trying to throw a little something in there for everyone. I figured the birds was a safe one, lol.

Quintarantino: Thank you! I like the way you fish ... I do the same, lol.

Randee: Dude, what's going down? I don't know, Dawg, this didn't quite do it for me. It's not your best showing. It didn't work for me, Dude.

Crowd: Boo, boo, boo.

PaulAhh: I disagree with Randee.

Crowd: Yay, yay, whoopee!

PaulAhh: I think. I think you did a wonderful job a bringing together the textures of your colors and presenting them to the universe in all their glorious, ahh, wonderful colors.

Crowd: Yay, yay!

SighMon: George. I acktually agree with PaulAhh!

Crowd: Yay, boo, yay, yay, boo!

SighMon: Oh shut up! No, George, I have no idea what PaulAhh just said, but, for me, this was one of your best showings to date. You could be the dark horse. You could win it all. For me, you are now the one to beat.

Crowd: Yay, yay, yay!
